Overview

This website belongs to Vogelkop The Atelier, an architecture and interior design practice based in Ahmedabad, India. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit studiovogelkop.com or write to us. We have kept it short because there is not much to report: this site does not run analytics, does not set cookies, and has no contact form that stores your details on our server.

What this website does not collect

There is no tracking script, advertising pixel, or analytics tool running on this site, and no cookie is set by us at any point. There is no contact form; every enquiry route on this site (email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram) hands you off directly to that platform. We never see your device or browsing activity beyond the standard server logs described below.

Server logs

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard access logs for security and performance reasons: the requesting IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. We do not use these logs to identify or profile individual visitors, and we do not share them with advertisers.

Information you choose to give us

If you write to us at vogelkop.studio@gmail.com, call +91 99042 44462 or +91 99040 94443, message us on WhatsApp, or reach out through Instagram, we receive whatever you choose to share in that message: typically your name, contact details, and information about your project. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if a project moves forward, to correspond with you about it. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Third-party services

Links on this site take you to Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Maps. Once you leave our site through one of these links, that platform's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Data retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, for confirmed projects, for the ordinary period we retain business and project records.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal information of yours we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, write to us at vogelkop.studio@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
